Provider: nitre — Spencer Ray Janelle, California, USA. Contact: support@nitreapp.com
By downloading or using nitre, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use nitre.
nitre is an entertainment app. Each night it reads the residue of your day and returns a stylized "era" card — a savage, accurate-feeling description, never advice. nitre is not therapy, counseling, medical, mental-health, or crisis care, and its output is not professional advice of any kind. See §6.
You must be at least 17 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live, to use nitre. nitre is not directed to children under 13.
You choose what to share each night (text, images, a song, a voice note, a mood). You keep ownership of what you share. You grant nitre a limited license to process your inputs solely to generate your card and history. Raw media is read once and deleted (see the Privacy Policy); we do not train AI models on your content. Don't submit content you don't have the right to share, or that is illegal.
nitre's cards are generated by an AI model from your inputs. Output may be wrong, may not reflect you, and is for entertainment. You can report any card from the card screen if it crosses a line; we review reports and may adjust the system. Don't rely on a card as fact or guidance.
Don't: use nitre to harass or harm others; submit other people's private information without permission; attempt to break, overload, scrape, or abuse the service or its rate limits; or reverse-engineer it except as allowed by law.
nitre does not diagnose, treat, or provide help for any health or mental-health condition and is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, contact a crisis line — in the US, call or text 988 — or your local emergency number. nitre's crisis screen surfaces a resource but is not itself a crisis service.
nitre is currently free. The nightly card and your wave history are free, and there are no in-app purchases or subscriptions in this version. If we add optional paid features in the future, we'll update these Terms first, and any purchase will be sold through Apple's In-App Purchase (charged to your Apple ID and managed in your Apple account settings).
nitre, its design, and software are owned by Spencer Ray Janelle and protected by law. These Terms don't grant you rights in nitre beyond using the app. The card you generate is yours to screenshot and share.
nitre is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any card is accurate or suitable for any purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, nitre and Spencer Ray Janelle are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $50 if you paid nothing).
You can stop using nitre anytime and delete your data in-app. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service.
We may update these Terms; we'll update the effective date and, for material changes, surface notice. Continued use means you accept the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
